This week Lummen will be the showground for the first Furusiyya FEI Nations Cup Devision I in Europe. Peter Postelmans' grassy arena's will welcome the international crowd. Although the weather is not as most hoped it to be. Rainy days and even snow have forced the organisation to cancel all CSI1* classes for the first day. The crew is working to keep the arena's in a mint condition. Meanwhile the Irish federation announced a change in their Nations Cup team. Mayo’s Cameron Hanley and Cas  2 have been called into the Irish Nations Cup squad for the Nations Cup of Belgium which takes place this Friday April 29th. Hanley replaces Tipperary’s Greg Broderick and MHS Going Global (ISH). HSI’s Show Jumping Team Manager Robert Splaine said: “I spoke to both Greg and team vet Pat Meagher about the matter. Pat explained to me that MHS Going Global has met with a minor setback and as a result should not line out at Lummen” “Cameron and Cas 2 had a good result last weekend in the 1m 60 Grand Prix in Hagan and we are fortunate to be able to call on such a combination” he said.
