For Great Britain, Harry Charles was the only one to achieve a double clear round with his 13-year-old horse, Casquo Blue (Chacco-Blue). The other team members had a maximum of one jumping fault over both rounds.

Olympic champion Ben Maher competed with his 14-year-old KWPN horse, Exit Remo (formerly known as Extender V). The duo was accompanied by Tim Gredley riding MEdoc de Toxandria, a descendant of Der Senaat 111 from the breeding of Werner Dierckx. John Whitaker also represented Great Britain, riding Unick du Francport (Zandor).
