Swiss Romain Duguet will start his own business in November. For twelve years the rider was employed in Gümlingen near Bern. Now he has built a stable with twelve boxes in the Freiburg Kanton. Currently the stable is not yet finished; therefore the horses will first be based at Romain Barras’ stable. Duguet, who was born in France and won bronze with the team at the European Championships in 2015 and 2017 and finished second at the World cup Final in Omaha in 2017, wants to focus on his career. But he also wants to have more time for his pupils and clients. Duguet is looking forward to the new chapter in his life, which will start without his top horses Twentytwo de Biches and Quorida de Treho. He now rides Calder, a 9-year-old Casall son and Tanaelle du Moulin, an 11-year-old French mare.
