Brazil’s Rodrigo Pessoa has taken over the reins on Darragh Kenny’s former top horse Sans Soucis Z. Together with Darragh Kenny the horse jumped together some international successes in the last year. The 13-year-old chestnut finished third at the CSIO5* Grand Prix in Sankt Gallen and after the LGCT Grand Prix in Paris. Further the pair returned home with the third team place at the Furusiyya Nations Cup in La Baule, France. But also Darrahj Kenny can count on a new mount. The Irish rider welcomes two new stars in his stables. Sergio Alvarez Moya’s ride Red Star d’Argent ( by Quick Star) has been given to Darragh Kenny, while he also purchased another horse at Alvarez Moya’s: the now 9-year-old Bolero 111 (by Chatman). The now 11-year-old bay Red Star has had many great results with Sergio, such as a victory in a 1.50m class in Lanaken in 2015 and top ten placings at five-star shows like St Tropez, Rome, Lyon, Antwerp and Madrid.
