Former Olympic Champion, Rodrigo Pessoa, made his debute with the 7-year-old Belgian Warmblood Stallion Joy van't Zorgvliet in Knokke last week. Pessoa and the 7-year-old Cassini I-son will compete until the CHIO in Aachen. After Aachen the AES-approved stallion will probably return to his owner, Hoechman, his stables. Joy's mother is Daniel Deusser's ride, Equita van 't Zorgvliet. On Friday the pair won  the Knokke Hippique Grand Prix qualifier, on Sunday the pair jumped to victory in the CSI5* 1.60m Grand Prix. Last year Pessoa already took over the 11-year-old Ferro Chin vh Lindenhof (by Chin Chin) from BElgium's Terry Hoeckman. Pessoa and Ferro now jump up to the 5* GP level.
