Two for Two for Richard Howley at the Andalucia Sunshine Tour

For the second day it is Ireland's Richard Howley winning the main class at the Andalucia Sunshine Tour. On Thursday Howley won the main class aboard his Fame, today he conquered the 1.50m Big Tour with Mansini LTD (Caressini L). This year alone, the pair already jumped four times on stage, winning 3 1.50m classes, good for over 19.000 euro in earnings.

Howley and the 14-year-old son of Caressini L were just a bit faster as comaptriot, Michael Pender and his 11-year-old HHS Fast Forward (Fortunus). With less than a second difference to the winning pair, France's Edward Levy completed the stage with his SF-mare, Confidence d'Ass (Diamant de Semilly).

The combination was followed by David Will (GER) aboard his 10-year-old Zaccorado Blue (VDL Zirocco Blue). The top five was completed by Niamh McEvoy and the 9-year-old Aconzina PS (Action-Breaker).

Duarte Seabra scores in Big Tour!

Earlier it was Portugal's Duarte Seabra and his Irish-bred, Fernhill Balou Beau (Sligo Candy Boy) speeding to victory in the 1.45m Big Tour. With only 0.04 seconds difference it was Jesus Bamonde with Caporal d'Elle (Cabri D'Elle). The stage in this CSI4* class was completed by Aurelien Leroy (FRA) and Grazina Comme Il Faut (Comme Il Faut).
