In the 1.55m Credit Suisse Challenge the riders took the necessary risks. As last at the start, Sweden's Henrik von Eckermann jumped to victory aboard the 12-year-old KWPN-mare, Glamour Girl (breeder: Stoeterij Gaesbeek).
Sweden's Von Eckermann and the daughter by VDL Zirocco Blue were over one and a half second faster as Italy's Lorenzo de Luca aboard the 15-year-old KWPN-gelding Don Vito (Quaprice Bois Margot, breeder: E. Van Ittersum). In front of the home crowd, Anthony Bourquard and the 9-year-old Ecuador de La Cense (Kannan) completed the stage.
Also faultless, French showjumper, Nicolas Deseuzes followed in a fourth spot. Together with Eldorado Sunheup (Eldorado vd Zeshoek), he referred Dutch rider, Harrie Smolders tot the fifth spot.
Smolders completed the top five aboard Deesse de Kerglenn (Mylord Carthago*HN).
