Switzerland finished second with 5 penalties, Elian Baumann and Anthony Bourquard were the only ones to go clear here. The third place went to Italy.
Road to Tokyo ranking
The last two tickets of the ranking for Tokyo 2020 went to winner Egypt and second-best Arabic country Qatar. Marocco, Saudi-Arabia, Jordan and the UAE won't be competing in Tokyo next year.
