Alvaro Fernandez and Casa Diva PS win Small Grand Prix Vejer!

After winning the Grand Prix qualifier, earlier this week, Alvaro Gonzales De Zarate Fernandez and his 9-year-old mare, Casa Diva PS (breeder: Paul Schockemöhle) have won the 1.45m Small Grand Prix at the Sunshine Tour!

Aboard his daughter by Casallco the Spanish show jumping rider, bested a Jump-Off field  with 11 combinations. With just a small time difference, Turkey's, Derin Demirsoy and the 10-year-old Zangersheide-gelding, Empire EH Z (Emerald) followed as runner-up. The pair referred Great-Britain's Ellen Whitaker and Conshira Blue PS (Conthargos) to the third spot.

Ireland's Jessica Burke and her 11-year-old KWPN-mare, Inpulss (Dallas) followed, while Olivier Philippaerts (BEL) completed the top five aboard his 9-year-old Belgian Warmblood mare, Poppemieke JW van de Moerhoeve (Vigo d'Arsouilles).
