As cherry on top the best 12 combinations returned in the arena for the second round of the CSI5* class in Brussels. Eventually it was a 'hom' win for Daniel Deusser with Koen De Waele's former Calisto Blue.

Sweden's Douglas Lindelöw had one rail down in the first round, and the first to keep the second round clear with his 9-year-old Casquo Blue (Chacco-Blue). Eventually Daniel Deusser produced a double clear round with Koen De Waele's former Calisto Blue (Chacco-Blue).
The pair set the record time of 42.12 seconds leaving local hero and bronze European Championships winner, Jos Verlooy behind. Verlooy followed as runner-up in the saddle of Patrik Spits' former Jacobien Dwerse Hagen (Va Vite).
CSI3* Beervelde winner, Frédéric Vernaet completed the stage in the saddle of Euptric Van Beek (Clintord). The pair was followed by reigning Belgium champion, Dominique Hendrickx with Vintadge de la Roque (Kannan)
