The French Riviera also saw CSI3* level jumping this weekend. Earlier today the CSI2* Grand Prix was already won by Sanne Thijssen, in the CSI3* Grand Prix it was Italian Emanuele Gaudiano who took victory. Riding Chalou (by Chacco-Blue), he was the fastest of six jump-off candidates. The duo did not come close to the wood and finished in 41.63 seconds.
Frenchman Thibault Touron, who has been in very good form all weekend, finished second this time. His BWP rider New Libero One d'Asschaut (by Van Gogh) was also able to keep the clear and finished in 43.92 seconds. Brazilian Stephan de Freitas Barcha and Chevaux Primavera Imperio Egipcio (by Calvaro FC) took home bronze after a clear round in 43.92 seconds.
Jane Annett (Impala) and Nicola Pohl (Catz de Sulpice) were fourth and fifth.
