Esmee Ingham leaves stables of Bert Rutten to return to Canada

Esmee Ingham, a Canadian dressage rider, has decided to leave the stables of Bert Rutten. She was the stable rider for four years, being active in the subtop level. She rode oa Dimare (f. Van Gogh) in the Grand Prix. Right now Ingham has decided to move back to Canada.

"The current Corona outbreak may not be the best moment to go travel, but right now I thought it was very important to be close to my family", Ingham says. This virus however is not the only reason for Ingham to return back to Canada. Only recently, she got her shoulder injured. When the global pandemic is under control, she will need surgery for this. She however decided not to move back to the Netherlands after.
