Yesterday, the FEI Medical Committee Chair Mark Hart gave an update on the COVID-19 pandemic in a videoconference. Dr. underlined the importance of safety and the application of the FEI's Policy for Enhanced Competition Safety.
He stated social distancing, face coverings and hygiene remain important in the battle against the global pandemic. He also states that this is important for the future of equestrian events and our sport in general. He confirmed that disciplin-specific guide lines are being finalized.
National federations and organizers need to ensure the safety of all participants at events.
