Great-Britain conquers Villamoura CSIO3* Nations Cup!

In the CSIO3* 1.50m Nations Cup in Vilamoura the medals were handed out after a Jump-Off between Great-Britain, Belgium and the United States of America. In the end the British Jumping Squad claimed the gold medal!

In the Jump-Off, Mark Edwards and his Flying Tinker II represented Great-Britain, finishing clear. Edwards was the only British rider to set a three time clear round. Both with one clear round, Oliver Fletcher with Hello William (Waldo van Dungen, breeder: Lissava Stud Farm) and Adrian Whiteway with Chacco Volo (Chacco-Blue, breeder: Paul Schockemöhle) joined the team. Further James Smith and Tayvale Hunky Embruns (Mylord Carthago, breeder: Frances Hay-Smith) were a part of the jumping squad.

Also clear in the Jump-Off, the Belgium squad followed on the silver position. For Belgium it was Jeroen Appelen and Paul Schockemöhle's bred, Monte Blue PS (Monte Bellini) who jumped a clear Jump-Off.

The stage was completed by the USA, represented by Zayna Rizvi and Exquise Du Pachis (Vagabond de la Pomme, breeder: Vincent Jourdan) in the Jump-Off.
