In front of the home crowd, Italy's Lorenzo de Luca continues his winning streak in Verona! De Luca and his 14-year-old Violino Il Palazetto (breeder: Maria Rosaria Il Palazzetto di Marzotto) jumped to victory in today's 1.50m Longines Ranking class.
De Luca and the son by Verdi TN were just no two seconds faster as compatriot, Giampiero Garofalo and the 9-year-old KWPN-mare, Jorisca (Dantos). The Italian rider and Anda Carroll's mare referred Germany's, Kendra Claricia Brinkop to the third spot.
Winning yesterday with Ma Belle (Ugano Sitte), Brinkop and the mare, bred by Gust Brosens, now placed third. The pair was followed by Belgium's Olivier Philippaerts and the 8-year-old BWP-mare, Poppemieke JW van de Moerhoeve (Vigo d'Arsouilles).
Dutch showjumper, Kevin Jochems completed the top five aboard the 9-year-old Camilla van de Helle (Crumble).
