Richard Vogel and Pheyno van het Keysersbos take the win in Aachen!

The equestrian sport is in full swing in Aachen. This morning, the 5 combinations started in the 1.45m category. For the home crowd, Richard Vogel guided his 9-year-old BWP stallion, Phenyo van het Keysersbos (Corydon van T&L), to victory.

Vogel and the son of Corydon van T&L, bred by Hans van den Bossche and Heidei De Keyser, relegated Denis Lynch with Cornets Iberio (Cornet Obolensky) to second place. Shane Sweetnam followed in third place with his 10-year-old daughter of Vivaldi du Seigneur, Irandole du Flot.

Just outside the top three, Mario Stevens jumped to fourth place with Botakara OLD (Balou du Rouet). Belgium's Abdel Said completed the top five in the saddle of the 14-year-old SF mare, Arpege du Ru (Apache d'Adriers).
