Germany's showjumping rider, Harm Lahde has decided to let his Grand Prix-mare, Oak Grove's Heartfelt (Heartbreaker x Rubens du Ri d'Asse) enjoy her sportive retirement. In the future the mare will continue her breeding career.
Until 2016 the mare was competed by Rolf-Göran Bengtsson, after Lahde took over the reins and competed up to an international Grand Prix level. Last year the pair placed third in the CSI3* Grand Prix of Redefin, and placed runner-up in the CSI3* GP of Zandhoven.
"It was a hard decision to take. She's still my absolute favorite," states the rider. The mare already gave some horses, through ET, from which six jump at a 1.45m level or higher.
