A Palm Beach County sheriff's deputy broke a man's nose and grabbed another man by the throat during a late-night bar fight in Wellington Monday, according to court documents obtained by WPBF 25 News. Jason Tucciarone, a 41-year-old PBSO deputy, had an argument with Darragh Kenny over a bar stool at the grill. Jason Tucciarone was arrasted and charged on two counts of battery. He broke Michael Kenny's nose, sending him to the E.R. on his last night in the States.
