The Aachen-Laurensberger Rennverein e.V. (ALRV) notified with the deepest regret that Allstar B suffered serious injury after an accident at fence 16 during the SAP-Cup. Based on veterinary advice, it was decided this afternoon to put down the 17-year-old stallion. Rosalind Carter said; “There are no words for the love and respect that I have for Alby. Time after time, he has shown his generosity, kindness and love of our sport. He has been such a huge part in building my career, and he will be missed by many.” Allstar B was a very experienced horse and a part of three gold medal-winning teams, taking the individual title at the World Equestrian Games in Tryon 2018.
