Conor Swail is on a roll this weekend. The Irishman won the $40,000 FEI 1.50m Welcome Jumper Speed Classic presented by Blenheim EquiSports at the Las Vegas National Horse Show.
The assignment consisted of an international jumping competition against the clock, over a height of 1.50m. Fourteen combinations managed to stay clear, but only one of them could be the fastest.
Conor Swail and Theo kept the zero and crossed the finish line at the unbeatable time of 64,80 seconds. The Irishman didn't only win the class, he also took home the silver thanks to his Vital Chance de la Roque jumping a clear round in 65,36 seconds. Third place was for Canadian Vanessa Mannix and Catinka (Catoki). They stopped the clocks at 66,15 seconds.
The top five was completed by Portugal's Luis Sabino Goncalves and Argan de Beliard in fourth and Australia's Rowan Willis with Ekita Eindeken Z in fifth.
