Maxime Harmegnies defended Belgium and was able to take second place with Espoir des Merisiers (by Qody de Saint-Aubert) with 38.38 seconds. Roberto Previtali defended the Italian honor and jumped to third place with Come On Semilly (by Diamant de Semilly) with 41.56 seconds. Santiago Nunez Riva was fourth on Valentino de Hus Z (by Vivaldi du Seigneur) with 42.83 seconds and fifth place went to Brosnislav Chudyba on Cooper Z (by Cosun).
