Lucas Porter won aboard C Hunter (Cassini II), a Zangersheide-bred stallion. They beat brother Wilton Porter in 35,11 seconds. Wilton and Caletto Cabana (San Patrignano Cassini) followed in 36,09 seconds. Catch Me (Contagio) and Brazils Mesquita Musa finished third. They stopped the clock at 36,5 seconds.

The German riders were able to keep a bit of honour within the German borders with the fourth and fifth place. Hans-Dieter Dreher sent Prinz (Perigueux) to the fourth position, Felix Hassmann followed with Cayenne WZ (Claudio).
