Team Great-Britain reigns in Challenge Cup of Barcelona

In Barcelona, the Challenge Cup for the teams that did not succeed in advancing to the final of the Nations Cup was held just now. The victory went convincingly to Great Britain. After three rounds of Holly Smith, Emily Moffit and Harry Charles, John Whitaker did not even have to start, the British were already sure of the victory.

Holly Smith was the first to start for the British team. She had one jumping fault behind her name with Denver (by Memphis). Emily Moffit and Harry Charles, respectively in the saddle of Winning Good (v. Winningmood) and Romeo 88 (v. Contact vd Heffinck) could keep the zero. John Whitaker did not have to start.

The French team finished in second place with a total of 10 penalty points. Penelope Leprevost (GFE Excalibur de la Tour Vidal) and Marc Dilasser (Arioto du Gevres) had all the fences in the rails but each got one point for time. Gregory Cottard and Bibici (by Norman Pre Noir) had two jumping faults behind their name. Mathieu Billot and Quel Filou 13 (by Quidam's Rubin) decided to abandon the competition halfway.

Norway completed the podium. The team consisted of Victoria Gulliksen (Papa Roach); Marie Longem (Echo de Virton), Johan-Sebastian Gulliksen (Exit of Ice Z) and Geir Gulliksen (VDL Groep Quatro).
