Michael Pender secured an Irish win in the 1.45m main class in Vilamoura. With Hhs Calais and 35,23 seconds he left all competition behind.
Guy Williams and Jack Whitaker complete the podium. Williams' Crispina Z was clear in the jump-off and crossed the finish line at 37,84 seconds. Whitaker's Haya Loma N finishes in 38,09 seconds and ends in third place.
Belgium's Celine Schoonbroodt-De Azevedo and Kheops de Bois-Margot (Baloubet de Rouet) end in fourth place, Finja Bormann and A Crazy Son Of Lavina (Azzuro Classico) complete the top five.
