PhilippeRozier_GucciMasters2011One of the most prestigious competitions in the world, the CSI 5* Saut Hermès, kicked off today with a 1m45 competition. Under the grand roof of the Grand Palais is was Bassam Hassan Mohammed and his Belgian Warmbred Cantinero (s. Cento) who triumphed ending over one second faster as the runner-up Philippe Rozier and Jadis de Toscane (s. Quidam de Revel). The Norwegian number one show jumper, Geir Gulliksen, completed the stage with his 17-year-old L'espoir (s; Landwind II). The Olympic Silver medal winner, Gerco Schröder and Callahan (s. Contendro) finished on a fourth place, followed by Pius Schwizer and Powerplay (s. Casall). However it was the American rider Kent Farrington and Blue Angel (s.
