The Kick-Off Nations Cup of this season is for the Dutchies. Eric Van der Vleuten (Wan Architect), Aniek Poels (Baggio 11), Frank Schutters (Windchester HS) and Maikel Van der Vleuten (Kisby) ended their Nations Cup with a total of four points. A victory with a cheque of 32.400 euro.
Great Britain and Germany shared the second place at ten penalties ahead of France in fourth and Saudi Arabia in fifth place. In addition to Schuttert, Robert Smith and Voila (Calvados x Concorde) were double clear for Great Britain - while Patrick Sthülmeyer and Lacan 2 (Lando x Contender) produced two clear rounds for Germany. The only other clear on the British team came from Joe Clee on Diablesse de Muze (Baloubet du Rouet x Nabab de Reve), although Tina Fletcher left all the fences intact in the second round - but on the expense of a time penalty.
