Jorich Spits' Pomme Castanoo moves to Italy

Belgian rider Jorich Spits has announced the departure of Pomme Castanoo. The 9-year-old son of Apple Juice has been competing since early 2022 under the guidance of Thibeau Spits's cousin and is now moving towards Italy.

Bred by Gerd Wauters, the gelding was crowned champion at BWP Gewest Hoogstraten in 2018 when he was just three years old.

Internationally, he made his debut under Spits, who presented him in the Youngster Tour in Lier. By the end of the same year, the duo quickly advanced to a two-star level and progressed to courses at a height of 1.45m.
