In the Rolex Grand Prix in La Baule, Ben Maher his Olympic champion, Explosion W got injured. Maher and the son of Chacco-Blue just returned to competition earlier this year after a long revalidation.
On the water jump the Olympic Champions seemed to land wrong and continued his course with a limp. Explosion was eventually guided to a trailer that transported him to a nearby clinic.
At this moment a serious injury seems to be excluded, states a groom to our office.
UPDATE: Explosion W is doing well. He has been framed and transported to his stall, where he is eating his hay quietly before returning to his stables, surrounded by Ben Maher's entire team.
