Henrik von Eckermann jumps to the victory in CSI4* St-Lô

  • by Equnews Editorial
  • 25-10-2020

In St-Lô, a 1m45 class of the CSI4* competition has just been jumped. 48 riders entered the show ring for this class with jump-off and 17of them managed to jump a clear first round. A jump-off with 17 therefore had to decide about the winner.

That winner became the Swedish rider Henrik von Eckermann. He jumped a clear round in the saddle of Glamour Girl (f. VDL Zirocco Blue) and finished in 35,51 seconds. With this he stayed ahead of the Belgian rider Dominique Hendrickx who ended on second place with Bacardi des Hauts (f. Rexar du Houssoit). They managed to jump a clear round and stopped the clock after 36,12 seconds. The rest of the top five colored completely in the French colors.

Axelle Lagoubie jumped to third place in the saddle of Bemol des Champs (f. Chef Rouge*Hn). Maelle Martin and Ubiana d'Albain (f. Kannan) jumped to the fourth place. They kept the zero on the score board and finished in 37,70 seconds. Edward Levy (Starlette de la Roque) completed the top five.
