Olympic show jumper, Laura Kraut is the new representative of the horse welfare organisation 'Brooke'. Brooke is an organisation that puts an effort in upgrading the conditions for work horses and donkeys in third-world countries. The organisation works together with different governements and owners and helped over 1.5 M horses last year. Kraut didn't need a long period to consider the offer becoming Brooke's first USA ambassador. "For us, show jumpers, working with horses is a sport. We often forget that some people depend on horses and donkeys to make a living. How could I resist to help this wonderful organisation," states Kraut.
