As expected it will be exhausting here in Las Vegas. Although dressage only took off at noon, I had to be at the show ground 8 o'clock in the morning. In a busy schedule meeting all details and actions for the upcoming day were discussed. Impresive to see that the events is written out to the second. From my hotel, South Point, it takes me about 20min. drive to the show ground. Suited up I started preparations for the prize giving ceremonies, protocols, etc. This involves the sorting out of all the  prizes, ribbons, making up a protocol scheme. But the most important part of my day, being impressed by the quality of the horses, riders and courses in general. Having finished the protocol of the dressage Grand Prix, I escorted Charlotte Dujardin and Ms. Francis Verbeek, head of the jury, to the press meeting. When the meeting was finished, it gave me some time to speed ahead, open my laptop and start writing the article for our website. Lucky there are only a couple of classes in a day. This gives the luxury of having some spare time in between. In the evening, an exciting showjumping competition, brought us Allen Bertram as winner. Once my work was done... it was time to discover Sin City.
