BREAKING: Max Kühner is the 2024 LGCT Champion

Max Kühner has secured his title as champion after a clear round in the LGCT of Rabat! He will go down in history as the first Austrian winner of the Longines Global Champions Tour!

“Great feeling, I'm overwhelmed. Electric Blue P (Eldorado vd Zeshoek) fought in the ring, it was like he felt it himself what was at stake. I am tremendously grateful.”

“When Christian Kukuk made a mistake, I knew I had to be faster and sharper. It's always hard when you have to watch two things at once, but everything went well. Electric Blue and I are a seasoned combination, we've known each other for ten years. He is incredibly sensitive, but at the same time gives me enormous confidence. He needs rest from me, and in return he always gives himself 100 percent.”

“In my eyes, this is the highest you can achieve in our sport. It's not about a one-day result or a good weekend, but a whole season! That makes me incredibly satisfied and proud, because it shows that we have performed very consistently.”

“For the jump-off, I have to keep the pressure on for a while, even though it feels like a win because of my championship victory. But we are going to give everything one more time!”
