Olivier Philippaerts and Poppemieke JW van de Moerhoeve best in CSI4* 1m50 Grand Prix Qualifier of Valkenswaard

Olivier Philippaerts kept Leopold van Asten from winning the CSI4* 1m50 Grand Prix Qualifier in front of his home crowd. 

With the 9-year-old Vigo d'Arsouilles daughter, Poppemieke JW Van de Moerhoeve, Olivier Philippaerts (BEL) was the best in this Longines Ranking class. Leopold van Asten (NED) came last with VDL Groep Nino du Roton (Iron Man vd Padenborre) but also could not match the speed of the Belgian duo in front of him and came second. Rik Hemeryck (BEL) completed the podium with a clear round for Navarro van het Eelshof (Jappelloup vh Dauwhof). 

Gerben Morsink (NED) in the saddle of Navarone Z (Nabab de Reve) could not be caught on any faults and came fourth. At five followed Marc Houtzager (NED) in combination with the 17-year-old Sterrehof's Calimero (Quidam de Revel). 

Daniel Deusser and Gangster v/h Noddevelt take 1m45 victory

At a height of 1m45, it was Daniel Deusser (GER) who grabbed the victory with the 13-year-old KWPN's Gangster v/h Noddevelt (Eldorado vd Zeshoek). He stayed ahead of his compatriot David Will with Kansall (Kannan). 

Kasper de Boeck had saddled the BWP'er Nepal S and came in third with the descendant of Kannan. At five followed Rik Hemeryck in combination with the 10-year-old Jenson van't Meulenhof son, Inoui du Seigneur. In addition, Olivier Philippaerts was also able to make his mark. He finished eighth in the saddle of Kwik Tweet (For Pleasure).
