Piergiorgio Bucci secured an Italian victory in the CSI4* 1m55 Grand Prix of the Moura Tours, steering Hantano to a double clear in Valencia, Spain.

The 1m55 high course provided a shuffle towards the jump-off, where only six combinations started. Piergiorgio Bucci piloted Hantano (Quasimodo Z) clear to the finish line of the jump-off and triumphed with almost a second and a half ahead of the 12-year-old KWPN horse. Joe Whitaker also counted on Dutch jumping power and grabbed second place with the VDL Bubalu stallion, Hulahupe JR (F. J. Reitsma).

Third and also the last clear round was for Tiara Bleicher. The German rider was riding the BWP stallion Otto de Kalvarie (Jenson van't Meulenhof, F. Stal De Kalvarie). Santiago Lambre came pretty close to the winning time on Chacco Blue II (Chacco-Blue) but finished fourth with four penalties. Jack Whitaker brought Equine America Valmy de La Lande (Mylord Carthago) to five, ahead of Billy Twomey and Chat Botte E.D (Casall).
