This week Belgian-American dressage rider Alexa Fairchild announced that she has a new Grand Prix-horse in her stables. Fairchild welcomed Romy, a full sister of the Hanoverian approved stalion Harmony's Fiorano (s. Rousseau).
Fairchild told our redaction that she is really pleased with the arrival of her new horse. The mare out of Rawina (Rotspon x Lauries Crusador xx x Perfekt I) gives hope to the U25-rider.
"We bought the mare in Nice, France," tells Fairchild. "I already adore her now. She has an amazing character and really wants to work together with me to the top."
The mare out of Germany went to a national competition for the first time as a three year old. As four- and five year old she competed in the young horses categories in France, after this she went of the radar. In 2015 the mare came out again for the first time in competition. Venin competed two years in a row in the Grand Prix on national level with her.
