American win for Shelly Francis in the Freestyle Grand Prix of CHIO Aachen

"That was the best freestyle we ever rode!", US American Shelly Francis blurted out after her 79.305 percent win with Danilo (De Niro). "It was so much fun! He was so great! I was so happy that I had to cry ", she did not get out of the swarming. "Good boy," she praised with an unmistakably American accent. "Well, he's a German horse!" More precisely, an Oldenburg. "I did not have the best Grand Prix. So, I was just happy that he was doing so well today, no matter what comes out of it. "All the better, if it's enough to win. After the ceremony there was a champagne shower by the chef d'Equipe Robert Dover. That has to be celebrated after all. The champagne bottle also circled the family Klimke, after Ingrid Klimke and Franziskus 15 (Fidertanz) had shown the best freestyle of their common career and were rewarded with 78.390 percent and the second place. "He has never been so good," she rejoiced as she came out of the stadium and the thunderous applause behind her only slowly subsided. "He loves it when people clap for him!" Franziskus 15 blooms when he's inthe spotlight! He brought his owner, Wilhelm Holkenbrink, to tears, he had always dreamed that one day he would have a horse in Aachen and now even has one that rips the Deutsche Bank Stadium from its seats. The second reason to celebrate in the camp of the US riders was provided by Olivia Lagoy-Weltz, who finished third with her Danes Lonoir with 77.435 percent. Click here for the results.
