Today Olympia - The London International Horse Show 2016 took off. This first night started with the FEI World Cup Dressage Grand Prix. It was Carl Hester that took the lead for his home audience. He rode Nip Tuck (by Don Ruto) to the first place with a total score of 77.600%. It was with this horse you saw Hester in Rio get the silver team medal. Since then he also got the second place in October in Lyon. The second place was for the Dutch rider Hans Peter Minderhout. He came with Glock's Flirt (by Florestan I) into the arena and got a score of 76.300%. The third place was also for the Netherlands. Edward Gal came back into the arena with Glock's Voice (by De Niro) after a break from Rio. The combination rode to a score of 74.300%. The top four was completed by Emile Faurie with Weekend Fun (by Welt Hit II). This combination rode for their home audience a score of 72.060%. On the fifth place their was also a British dressage rider. Hayley Watson-Greaves rode Rubins Nite (by Rubin-Royal) with a score of 71.400%.
