After the Grand Prix Special this morning, the GP Freestyle announced itself in Geneva. Eight combinations appeared in the dressage ring. And again, it was Isabell Werth who impressed with her bay gelding Don Johnson FRH (Don Frederico). The German rider and her Hannoverian mount just scraped 80% with their score of 79,035%. They beat Antonella Joannou and the twelve-year-old Dandy de la Roche CMF CH (Dressage Royal). This pair rode their way to second place on home territory with a total score of 75,845%. The complete top three scored more than 75%; Patrik Kittel also scored a beautiful total of 75,15% with the young mare Well Done de la Roche CMF (Fürstentraum). The top five was completed by two Swiss riders. Marcela Krinke Susmelj and Smeyers Molberg (Michellino) came in fourth before Anna-Mengia Aerne with Raffaelo va Bene (Royal Diamond).
