The 4* Grand Prix 'World Dressage Masters' was the last test today at the CDI in Lier. A lot of combinations started here to get the last points for the Olympics in Rio. French rider Karen Tebar rode a really nice and expressive test with Don Luis (by Dimaggio). She got a total score of 74.800%. The judges were unanimous and they all put her on the first place and they all gave her an eight or more for the piaffe. Last year at the European Championship in Aachen, there was a twelfth place for Tebar and Don Luis. The Belgian Fanny Verliefden ended on a second place with the brown mare Annarico (by Lord Loxley). They scored a total of 72.220%. German rider Juliane Brunkhorst ended on a third place with the Oldenburger gelding Sieger Hit (by Diamond Hit). They got 70.800% from the judges. Daniel Pinto with Santurion De Masa and Jorinde Verwimp with Tiamo completed the top five. Their scores were 70.700% and 70.460%. Click here for the results.
