Qatar's Hamad Ali Mohamed A Al Attiyah won the Indoor Derby in Den Bosch on Saturday. The derby, where the riders race out the corridor to jump two fences in the warm-up, is always fun to watch. And this year's edition was no exception. Riding Qatar Armed Forces' Levicci (Levisto x Anthonysdream) Hamad Ali Mohamed produced the only clear round of the Derby, and the fastest, to take the win. Dutch rider Maikel van der Vleuten was second on VDL Groep Quatro (Quaprice x Caletto I), actually having the fastest time, but with one pole down. Third place went to Nicola Philippaerts on Esprit van de Wellington (Orlando x Gratianus) from Belgium.
