After the Young Horses competition in Lier it was time for the CSI2*- 1.30m Against the clock. Here was the victory for Pedersen Soren. The Dane came into the arena with Quel Cadeau (by Quidam de Revel) and stopped the time in 55.60 seconds. This Danish rider already took part in World Equestrian Games and attended the European Championships in Aachen, Herning, Arnhem and Hickstead. He was followed up by the Belgian rider Dimme D'Haese. D'Haese rode EH Quick Nina (by Quidam's Rubin) a few hundredth of seconds slower than Pedersen. The combination stopped the clock in 55.86 seconds. Jelle Hoorens came in third. This Belgian rider rode with Gemmeric vd Wellington (by Berlin) in a time of 55.87 seconds. Matthias Hens rode with Jinte (by Clinton) to the fourth place. This Belgian combination crossed the finish in 55.96 seconds. The top five was completed by Jorien Livens. She came into the arena with Conassis van de Helle (by Clearway). She rode a clear round in 56.18 seconds. The CSI1* Equnews price was was by Olivia Skinner. The British rider rode Sir Henry IV (by Concorde) clear through the finish in 49.89 seconds. She was followed by Philibert Perreudin with Uzes de Beuvry (by Ramses de Beuvry). This French combination only came a few hundredth of seconds slower than Skinner. They had a time of 50.30 seconds. The third place was for Dana Vanderwegen with Doug (by Val T'Horen van de Padenborre). This Belgian rider rode a clear round in 51.90 seconds. Muriel Igalson came into the fourth place with Whisky's Bon Ami (by Bon Ami) in 54.42 seconds. The top five was completed by another Belgian rider. Thibeau Spits clocked off in 57.67 seconds with the horse Cleostrade (by Ginus).
