Belgium's Wilm Vermeir tops the Poznan Grand Prix

In today's 1.60m Grand Prix at the CSI4* in Poznan, Poland, Belgium's Wilm Vermeir stood up against the eight other combinations in the jump-off. Aboard Gentiane de la Pomme (by Shindler De Muze), Vermeir stopped the clock in 35.88 seconds. It seemed the unbeatable time. Runner-up Juan Carlos Garcia and the 15-year-old Bonzai van de Warande stopped the clock in 36.42 seconds. The pair was followed by the Dutch pair Doron Kuipers and Zinius (by Nabab de Rêve). Earlier this week Vermeir and Gentiane de la Pomme already won Friday's Big class. Vermeir's compatriot, Jérome Guery returned home with the fourth place. Aboard Papillon Z Guery jumped one rail down, stopping the clock in 36.65 seconds. The top five was completed by Tim Stockdale with Fleur de L'Aube. CLICK HERE FOR THE RESULTS
