The 9-year-old Westfalian stallion Untouched (by Untouchable) unfortunately passed away for a yet unknown reason. Our thoughts are with Ben Maher, his team and the owners. As a young horse Untouched was produced by Dutch show jumping rider Mathijs Van Asten. In 2015 Olympic Champion, Nick Skelton, took over the reigns and developed the horse up to a 1.60m level. The pair finished second at the international CSI4* Grand Prix in Wellington, Florida that year. Only recently Untouched moved to the stables of Skelton's compatriot, Ben Maher. The pair debuted in April this year at the Longines Global Champions Tour in Antwerp. Last weekend they were still at work at the CSI5* in St. Moritz, Switzerland.
