Bertram Allen tops the speedclass at the Saut Hermès

In tonights 1.50m speed class against the clock there was no match for the Irish young rider, Bertram Allen and his 18-year-old KWPN horse, Romanov (by Heartbreaker). The pair finishe in 50.71 seconds, over 2 seconds faster as the reigning European and World Show jumping Champion. With their victory Allan cashes over 8.000 Euro at the 'Saut Hermès' in Paris, France. Jeroen Dubbeldam and the 14-year-old Carusso LS La Silla (by Montebello La Silla) followed as runner-ups finishing clear in 52.75 seconds.   The majority of the competitors had a clear finish. British Jessica Mendoza and Spirit T (by Tornado) finished third. For his own crowd Kevin Staut and Ayade de Septon et HDC (by Wandor van de Mispelaere) followed in a fourth place.
