British Mendoza keeps impressing in Lier

Jessica Mendoza en Mike HazebroekAt the first leg of the international Indoor Champions Tour (ICT) in Lier, Belgium it is the British Jessica Mendoza who keeps on impressing. Just like she did at the international shows in Beervelde and Zandhoven earlier this year, Mendoza keeps winning the showjumping classes. This morning she claimed victory in the 1m35 competition with Classic Highfly (s. Cornet Obolensky). After finishing in 57:54 seconds the British referred the Dutch Maureen Bonder to a second place. Aboard Velcaro (s. Elcaro) she made the finish in 58:39 seconds. Rob Heyligers and Wotherspoon completed the stage on a third place. While the Belgian Thomas de Wit and Daiquiri vd Moortelshoeve followed in the fourth position. Gilles DUnon and Wesselina ended fifth.
