On Wednesday 29th of August until Sunday 2nd of September, the red carpet will be rolled out for the world's very best riders as they arrive for the Brussels Stephex Masters 2018. The CSI5* competitions will be the main attraction for the spectators, with Sunday's Rolex Grand Prix presented by Audi - worth 300,000 Euro - as the concluding highlight. In addition comes the CSI3* Top Series, the CSI2* Super Cup, the CSI1* Prestige League and the Future Stars for 7- and 8-year-old horses. Eight out of the top ten on the world ranking will be competing at the Brussels Stephex Masters 2018: World no. one Harrie Smolders (NED), world no. two Peder Fredricson (SWE), world no. three Eric Lamaze (CAN), world no. four Marcus Ehning (GER), world no. six Daniel Deusser (GER), world no. seven Henrik von Eckermann (SWE), world no. nine Kevin Staut (FRA) and world no. ten Kent Farrington (USA). The list for the CSI5* competitions also includes big names such as 2012 Olympic Champion and double World Cup Champion from 2015 and 2016 Steve Guerdat (SUI), World Cup Champion from 2011 Christian Ahlmann (GER), Rolex Grand Slam of Show Jumping title-holder Scott Brash (GBR) and living legend John Whitaker (GBR) whose merits could fill a history book. The entries go on with famous faces such as Laura Kraut (USA), Roger Yves Bost (FRA), Luciana Diniz (POR), Lorenzo De Luca (ITA) and Malin Baryard-Johnsson (SWE) ready for the Brussels Stephex Masters 2018. The entire Belgian team for the World Equestrian Games in Tryon will also be at the Brussels Stephex Masters 2018: Niels Bruynseels, Pieter Devos, Nicola Philippaerts, Jos Verlooy and Gregory Wathelet.
