Both Canada and Germany have decided on their national showjumping team. The Canadian equestrian federation officialy announced that the Olympic Canadian teamriders are without any doubt a part of this group. Also reserve-rider Yann Candele will be able to represent his nation. The other riders of the Canadian 'shortlist' are composed out of the best 15 on the worldranking. They are Jonathan Asselin, Mc Cone, Tamie Phillips, Jenn Serek, Francois Lamontagne, Angele Covert-Lawrence, Lisa Carlsen, Ainsley Vince, Jim Ifko, Ben Asselin, Lauren Hunkin, Brian Morton, Tiffany Fong, Femke Van Den Bosch and Tracey Epp.
