CSI Hawkesbury: Sharon Slater wins Grand Prix

This weekend, competitions aren't only being ridden in Europe and America, Australia is the home ground for a CSI2* competition as well. Yesterday evening, the Grand Prix was ridden in Hawkesbury. 26 combinations started in the first round and the best twelve combinations could start again in the second round. After that second round, only the top two managed to keep the zero on the score board. Sharon Slater won the Grand Prix with CP Aprilla. They jumped a clear second round in 53,89 seconds. Clint Beresford took account of the second place. His horse Emmavilla Jitterbug kept the wood untouched and finished in 54,76 seconds. Robert Goodwin ended on third place with Co Pilot. This combination jumped a very fast and clear second round, but a jumping fault in the first round resulted in a third place. James Heterington (Jaybee Caribus) and James Arkins ((Rosthwaite Vigilinate II) ended on fourth and fifth place. Click here for the results
