In Lier, the prize 'Zimmerhotel' has just ended. In this Longines ranking class, the fences were built up to 1,45m. 76 combinations entered the show ring. They faced a very difficult basic round, rsulting in a jump-off with only five combinations. In that jump-off, it was the Danish rider Sorren Pedersen who speeded to victory. He was the first one to enter the show ring for the jump-off and he immediatly put the pressure on the next competitors. With Tailormade Chaloubet (f. Chacco-Blue) under the saddle, he jumped a clear rounnd in 33,74 seconds. Olivier Van Roosbroeck was the best Belgian rider. With Ellenoy (f. Quidam de Revel) he jumped a clear jump-off in 34,17 seconds. Phillip Lever and Comme Il Faut (f. Diamant de Semilly) completed the top three. They jumped a very fast round in 32,42 seconds, but a jumping penalty resulted in a third place. Dimitry Noterman (Bacardi-Rhum de Muze) and Jean-Christophe de Grande (Belano vd Wijnhoeve Z) completed the top five.
