In Oslo, the CSI5* competition is still going. The highlight of today was the Grand Prix. In class, sponsored by Rikstoto, 47 combinations entered the show ring and 11 of them jumped a clear first round, meaning they could show their worth again in the jump-off. Eventually it was the Belgian rider Pieter Devos who speeded to victory with Espoir (Surcouf de Revel). Devos jumped a clear round in 40,59 seconds, a time no other combination could beat. Second place was for the Brazilian rider Yuri Mansur Gueios. He jumped a clear round with Babylotte (Dollar du Murier) and crossed the finish line in 42,57 seconds. Edwina Tops-Alexander completed the top three with Lintea Tequila (Campbell). The rest of the top five colored all in French colors. Kevin Staut jumped to fourth place with Aran (Manhattan). Fifth place was for Simon Delestre. With Chadino under the saddle, he rode to the finish line in 45,15 seconds. Click here for the results
